Quinns friend let us borrow his real nice professional camera just to see what it was like, and look what came of it. Very, very cute pictures of my little Asa.  Dont you think he is growing up?

In just a few weeks he will be a big brother. It's still very hard to imagine, but we are so excited! keep an eye out for newborn pictures!

 I am about to brag! See my sweet picture below? Yeah, I made that. I mean I sewed that thing, and depending on how well you know me, you would know how much of a miracle this really is!

Since money is tight and I am having to learn to use my resources, I asked a lady in my ward if she would help me make Kyran a blessing outfit. This poor lady had to basically teach me from scratch, seriously I have been taught how to thread a sewing machine a few times, but needed to be taught again.  Oh well. The point is, I did it!  And it was hard, and I have to admit I still really don't enjoy sewing, but I am hoping maybe someday I might. Maybe....

Only 4 more weeks until Kyran joins our family. I cannot believe how fast these past 9 months have gone. I can't say I am ready, but I am so done with being pregnant. 

Don't let this picture fool you, hes been super grumpy and sick the past few days. On top of that the poor kid is getting a few back molars in. So he has not quite been himself self this week. 

 He's still just so sweet though. He just seems to need a little more TLC lately. Which I love giving him. 

The Fowler family love and miss you all!!

I was going through Asa's things today updating his clothes from 6-9 month clothes to 12 month clothes, and came across that tiny little shoe from his blessing. I cannot believe he was seriously that tiny!! It blows my mind. But only 8 weeks until I get to put those 0-3 month clothes on another little precious boy.



This was our New Years Eve. It was a great night. Now doesn't that look like fun? Quinn tried doing that to me....ya...didn't work out too well.



I think they are mocking me..I am much bigger by the way. But would you look at those cute faces?

And it would not be a blog post without a picture of  Asa and myself!

Happy Birthday!

Prepare for a lot of pictures. I really like pictures, and for all our family who can't be with, us these are all for you!

 After opening his present, we gave him his first haircut, and as you can see it went very well. Easy actually. This kid is just such a joy.

We are hoping Asa isn't up until midnight on a sugar high. Oh, but it sure was worth watching, he loved it, and ate A LOT!

 

Its hard to believe that it has been a year since we brought him home from the hospital!  It has been a very exciting and entertaining year and I wouldn't change it for ANYTHING in this world.  We had a really, really good day today. We love and miss you all!!!!!

His first Christmas....

We had such a good time watching Asa open his gifts from Santa! He played with his stuff for about 2 minutes and then wanted to find something else to do! It was such a fun, relaxing morning.

Its so crazy to think that Quinn and I have celebrated 3 years of Christmas together. It seems to get better and better every year! Seriously it really does.  Although we missed our families so much this year,  we did enjoy our day together. Only problem is it went by way too fast. Luckily Wednesday we get to celebrate another birth. I can't believe Asa will be the 1!!

I am so in love with these two. How on earth did I get so lucky?

This was our Sunday morning, Quinn put a bell around Asa's neck and of course he loved it.  Maybe I loved it more.  This kid just brings so much laughter and happiness into our home! I wish I could remember and preserve every moment.  It really is the simple things in life that make it so so great!
