It was a wonderful weekend.  Just not long enough. Poor Quinn had to catch up on things around the house.l

like mowing the forest we had going in our backyardand unclogging our washer.

Have you ever wondered where the missing socks go?Well ours eats ours. Actually just Asa's. 6 socks Quinn rescued! Hungry hungry washer.

Luckily Quinns flight was delayed till the next morning so we got one unexpected night with him. Less than a month and he will be home where he belongs! We love Quinn!

Yesturday was spent at home just relaxing with my baby boy. Took some pretty dang cute pictures! 

I dont really have anything to write about so I will leave it at that. We love you Quinn. Only 4 short days!!!

Day at the pool. Watched lots of interesting people, played with my baby, watched Haslem kids show off their swim skills and had some great conversation with my sista Sarah. Oh and thought a lot about my husband Quinn. It was a good day!

Asa did a great job doing what he does best. lookin so so adorable.

We went to the Monteray Aquarium our first Saturday here. Quinn and I went there on our honeymoon a year ago. A year ago, and this time we brought  our baby.What a thought huh? 

Then this last Saturday was my birthday. 29 years young.I cant really believe it. I still feel like I am 20. It was a gooooood, gooooood day. Quinn took the day off, and we drove to Gilroy to the factory outlets and he bought me a couple of hoodies for waaay cheap. It sounded like a good idea here, since it is freezing! Then we drove to San Francisco and had lunch at Pluto's, a yuuuumy salad joint. Then drove for almost an hour to Quinns favorite ice cream place Mitchel's! Then we drove the PCH stopped at the beach, a cheap fruit stand and walked the creepy weird streets of Santa Cruz. I love to people watch, and lots of it there.

I wish I could have recorded that whole day,so I don't forget it. I so have such a great husband.

I love you Quinn. Its been a wonderful 2 weeks.

who wants more?

Would you look at that face? Now how could I not think I am the luckiest girl in the world?  I love my life.

 Tonight was spent with the family ( minus my Quinn), out in the backyard, eatin some yummy mexican food and roastin mallows. Actually the kids roasted the adults had ice cream pie.

But it was fun.

Pj and his family also came, its so so good to have my brother back.

2 more days until we see Quinn! Then all will be right in my world! Have I mentioned lately that I love him??I love you Quinn!!!

St George

What is St. George without a hike? It was hot hot hot! But we enjoyed out time. The first place we went to, which was one of my favorite spots to hike, was all blocked off, and I am not happy about it at all. It is something I just dont understand. Why have it if you cant go out and enjoy it!  oh well. The second place we went to was pretty too! I think we wore the kids out. But they were such good sports.

It was a great time.

Then the best part of the trip......

MY AMAZING QUINN. 

I was so so happy to finally see him, and it was so wonderful, the only problem was it was not near enough time. Also I dont enjoy saying goodbye, even if it is only for a week.

I miss my husband. But lucky me I have the opportunity to go and stay 2 weeks with him!  I dont care how bored I will be as long as he comes home to me every night I am a happy wifey!

Only 5 more days. WE love you Quinn!

Here are some random pictures that I just have to say is gorgeous of my little Asa. Lets see, he is doing tons of talking lately, he loves to make noise. His sweet baby cry is changing as well! He now has thrown in a huge screech during his cry. It is like he thinks it will get my attention more than his normal cry. Its funny, for now at least.

He now loves his loooong daddy size toes! I have caught him sucking on them a few times. He is not quite rolling over yet, but so close to sitting up. Holy heck I love this boy.

At Haslems tonight Sarah cut up bunches of Mangos (yuuummmmy) and gave Asa the core of it. He reallty liked it. Its so much fun giving him his firsts. 

As always Sunday at the Haslems was great but I can think of one thing that would have made it so much better... and yes it is my wonderful husband Quinn.  I miss you Quinn. We miss you on Sundays, but I miss you everyday. Every second of the day. I cant wait to see your beautiful face. Hopefully sooner than later! Have a great week my love.
